We use the dive pool at the Plymouth Life Centre, as used for training by local olympic diver Tom Daley. During this session you will carry out a practical wet drill, including liferaft launching, boarding dry and wet, jumping from the poolside and diving board, methods to increase chances of survival once in the water, helping injured persons, raft capsize drill and final abandonment exercises.
